Who We Are
A Friends Group is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose members have an interest in Wisconsin’s natural resources. Members volunteer their time, services and support to enhance Wisconsin’s state parks, forests, trails and recreation areas.

WE NEED YOUR HELP in developing and improving our section of the Mountain Bay State Trail. Shawano County is expected to assume upkeep of 51 of the 83 miles. With the help of members like you, support from the community, and access to DNR grants our group can implement our mission and vision well into the future. Please consider volunteering to help us reach our objectives!
